VESTA is an international project implemented under the Erasmus+ programme, running from November 2024 to October 2027.
The aim of the project is to harness the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the quality of vocational education and to align skills training with market needs. VESTA stands out for its innovative approach – it creates AI-based tools designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and VET institutions (Vocational Education and Training) in jointly analysing and diagnosing training needs.
The project is targeted primarily at sales staff in SMEs and vocational training specialists (analysts and course designers). Thanks to VESTA, both groups – on the one hand sales employees facing a digital skills gap, and on the other hand VET course designers seeking modern methods – will gain shared solutions. As a result, VESTA will help to reduce the skills mismatch in sales management by providing cutting-edge training tools and methods. The project also promotes the concept of lifelong learning in the sales sector by offering open educational resources (OER) for online self-study.
